A fresh and light cuisine but wrapped in very powerful flavors.
We consider ourselves Mediterranean and creative cooks who have expanded the pantry and any recipe or product inspires us in our day to day.
Our creative cuisine is based on continuous innovation, exploring new culinary frontiers and always having the challenge to surprise in each dish.

Frank Beltri

Chef

Trained with some of the best chefs on the national scene, such as Albert Adrià.
Among his more than twenty-five years of experience, he has been a finalist in the prestigious Copa Jerez, an award where several Michelin-starred chefs have applied.
His time in London and Indonesia has expanded his technical knowledge as well as his flavors.
Francesc Beltri’s cuisine is characterized by his passion for the sea, freshness and creativity without limits.

Originally from Mexico and trained at the prestigious Hofmann School in Barcelona, to which we must add his eighteen years of professional experience in the kitchen.
An experience that has allowed him to explore Mediterranean cuisine in his homeland, and to put his art into practice at Taverna Hofmann.
His passion for culinary authenticity translates into an exceptional ability to relate the virtues of traditional Spanish and Mexican cuisine.
